Frente a esse contexto, após tomar conhecimento de inúmeras rebeliões nos presídios através da mídia, procurando razões porque esta realidade tem se tornado cada dia mais presente, despertou o interesse de compreender esse fenômeno tão complexo que é a situação da precarização nos presídios e como se chegou a tal ponto.

Secretários sugerem ampliar repasse de dinheiro das loterias para segurança

Foi realizado nesta quarta-feira (21) da 76ª Reunião Consesp (Colégio Nacional dos Secretários de Segurança Pública), que teve como objetivo debater assuntos relacionados a ampliação do repasse de verbas destinadas ao FNS (Fundo Nacional de Segurança Pública) e a forma como esse dinheiro chegará aos municípios e aos estados. Uma das sugestões, informou Antônio Carlos Videira em material divulgado pelo governo de Mato Grosso do Sul, foi a ampliação do repasse de recursos das loterias para a área.

“Temos que tentar de uma certa forma dar um olhar pouco mais próximo à pasta da Segurança para que a gente tenha essas questões sendo tratadas de uma forma direta”, disse Barbosa.
