"O assassinato da vereadora carioca Marielle Franco (PSOL), na noite desta quarta-feira, 14, pode estar ligado à sua militância política. Há oito dias, Marielle, que acompanhava na condição de vereadora a intervenção federal, como forma de coibir abusos das Forças Armadas e da polícia a moradores de comunidades, recebeu denúncias envolvendo PMs que patrulham a Favela de Acari, na zona norte do Rio. Moradores contaram, na primeira reunião do Observatório da Intervenção, no Centro de Estudos de Segurança e Cidadania (Cesec), da Universidade Candido Mendes, que dois homens foram assassinados por policiais e tiveram os corpos jogados num valão. Segundo estes moradores, a PM vem se sentindo "com licença para matar" por conta da intervenção.
A advogada criminalista Maíra Fernandes, membro do Comitê Latino Americano e do Caribe para a Defesa dos Direitos da Mulher, acredita na hipótese de execução. "Marielle era a nossa esperança na política", lamentou. "Eu a conheci há quase duas décadas: sempre nas mais importantes lutas, coerente, aguerrida, corajosa. Tínhamos muitos planos para ela. Esse seria o primeiro mandato de muitos! Tinha um caminho enorme pela frente. Não consigo acreditar. Acabo de ver as fotos e vejo que isso não foi assalto. Foi execução. A vereadora compartilhou a notícia em seu perfil no Facebook, com a inscrição 'Somos todos Acari, parem de nos matar". "Precisamos gritar para que todos saibam o está acontecendo em Acari nesse momento. O 41° Batalhão da Polícia Militar do Rio de Janeiro está aterrorizando e violentando moradores de Acari. Nessa semana dois jovens foram mortos e jogados em um valão. Hoje, a polícia andou pelas ruas ameaçando os moradores. Acontece desde sempre e com a intervenção ficou ainda pior", dizia a mensagem, que conclamava os internautas a reverberarem a denúncia.
O sociólogo Renato Lima, diretor presidente do Fórum Brasileira de Segurança Pública, defendeu que a PF entre imediatamente na apuração do crime. "Estou absolutamente chocado, a morte de Marielle Franco é mais um sinal da banalização da violência que toma conta do País e que nos faz reféns do medo. O mínimo que se espera do interventor é uma apuração rigorosa e transparente do episódio. Não podemos aceitar que o caso não seja rapidamente esclarecido. O interventor tem diante de si um dos seus maiores desafios desde que a medida foi adotada, não deixar esta morte impune. Tudo indica que foi uma execução".
O cientista social Luiz Eduardo Soares afirmou que a execução foi confirmada pela polícia, e lembrou do caso da juíza Patricia Acioli, assassinada por policiais em 2011 depois de condenar à prisão policiais ligados a milícias. "Mulher, negra, lutadora contra as desigualdades e a violência. Teve uma votação surpreendente, em 2016. Ela passou esta semana denunciando violações praticadas pela PM em Acari. Temos estado juntos na longa militância. Estive com ela dois dias antes de viajar, semana passada. As Forças Armadas são compostas por funcionários públicos federais que, assim como, militares estaduais, tem suas missões a cumprir envolvendo segurança territorial, tendo sido funções essas, deslocadas para Segurança Pública do RJ.
Trabalham cumprindo determinações, como qualquer trabalhador no país, passando dificuldades, e sem benefício sequer de Previdência Social, e Direitos Sociais, como caso dos Militares Federais.
A Vereadora, Ativista pelos Direitos Humanos, deixou família e amigos, morreu de morte covarde, e presumidamente, contrato de execução, mas os VERDADEIROS CULPADOS devem ser identificados, e isso não vai acontecer se não houver "tempo" e "eficácia" por parte da PC e MP.
Todos, por determinação legal, estão envolvidos em tal investigação, o apoio é visível, não existem riscos de tal covardia cair no esquecimento.
