OBJECT: YELLOW FEVER IN BRAZIL AND TREATMENT OFFERED TO ELDERLY
It is justified to carry out the vaccine when the elderly live or travel to an area with a risk of yellow fever transmission.

OBJETO: FEBRE AMARELA NO BRASIL E TRATAMENTO OFERECIDO AOS IDOSOS
Justifica-se realizar a vacina quando o idoso residir ou viajar para área com risco de transmissão de febre amarela.
Hoje, recebi uma reclamação de um cidadão a quem muito prezo, Sr. Carlos, morador da Alameda das Crisálidas, Jardim Simus em Sorocaba.
Sr. Carlos está na casa dos 80 anos de idade e se desloca com bengala ou andador, devido a questões de saúde.
A reclamação do Sr. Carlos é sobre a vacinação em Sorocaba, mais exatamente no Posto de Saúde do Jardim Simus que, acontece às quintas-feiras, e apesar, de ter sido comunicado que não existem riscos evidenciados nesta região, a população se debate por vacinar.
Sr. Carlos estava voltando a pé, uma distancia considerável para pessoa que independe de andador ou bengala, e me reclamou que deveriam ter "600 pessoas na fila" , e não há condições de ser vacinado, e ele quer ser vacinado.
Eu aleguei que é um grande erro não ter determinação especial para idosos, e que iria recorrer ao MPF pelos idosos, para atendimento especial.
A questão é que sou pesquisadora e ativista em torno da vacinação mundial e existem tantos fatos controversos, a nível jurídico, técnico-científico e moral.
Compartilho com SOROCABA, na mais boa fé deste ato, a minha solicitação pro meu amigo, Sr. CARLOS e todos os idosos que se encontram impossibilitados de vacinação.
Não quero influir, mas quero deixar claro que sou pesquisadora e ativista contra a despopulação mundial através de vacinações criminosas, e crendo que a FISCALIZAÇÃO tenha que ocorrer tão eficazmente quanto a necessidade de vacinas contra protozoários, vírus e bactérias.
LOTES DE VACINAS foram reutilizados vencidos na África, e o povo conduzido por militares, fato real ocorrido há anos atrás, crime denunciado por esposa de um embaixador americano, ela estava grávida e a denúncia lhe custou a vida, bem como a de um jornalista investigativo.
Países de primeiro mundo não podem exigir indiscriminadamente e ao mesmo tempo produzir vacinas que tornem seres humanos "experimentos" a cada mudança de composição e fórmulas.
ANVISA tem que ter força e presença diante da União Européia, Brasil não pode simplesmente representar elemento benéfico economicamente a qualquer nação mundial.
E a FISCALIZAÇÃO, EXIGÊNCIAS E POSICIONAMENTO, a rigor , é que faz toda a diferença.

Ele foi ao Posto de Saúde do Jardim Simus, tentar de vacinar e havia uma fila interminável, segundo ele, "em torno de 600 pessoas". Pessoas tem dormido na fila, para fazer parte do número limitado de 100 pessoas todas as quintas-feiras, foi veiculada pelos meios de comunicação essa informação do limite de atendimento em até 100 pessoas. Solicito que aos idosos seja dado tratamento diferençado como regulam as leis deste país, sendo possível tal acompanhamento nos Postos de Saúde dos bairros de Sorocaba. Sou pesquisadora e ativista, há alguns anos, e não é tarefa fácil, pois são várias causas e pesquisas a serem realizadas. Em Requerendo a um Sr. Carlos, amigo, morador do bairro, cometi um erro ao trocar a motivação da atual vacinação em Sorocaba, FEBRE AMARELA por MALÁRIA, pelo amplo interesse e envolvimento em ambas pesquisas e estudos. A comprovação, Vossas Excelências, poderão verificar através dos vídeos publicados nos textos anteriores, como nos presentes textos, , todos trazem como tema a FEBRE AMARELA E NÃO MALÁRIA, a FEBRE AMARELA, é tema do presente REQUERIMENTO, mas não OBJETO do mesmo que requer o interesse e bem estar dos idosos, e da população em geral. Objeto ou objetivo é a questão do atendimento para vacinação do idoso, com garantias reais e seguras de que não incorram riscos pela questão de pertencerem ao grupo da terceira idade, sendo que restrições são impostas. Em todos os Postos há cadastramento dos pacientes e alguns sofrem acompanhamento em suas casas. Advirto, ainda que, esse bairro tem uma reserva natural florestal, e que transmissões de toda e qualquer espécie são possíveis.
FEBRE AMARELA, é uma doença infecciosa causada por um flavivírus (o vírus da febre amarela), para a qual está disponível uma vacina altamente eficaz. A doença é transmitida por mosquitos e ocorre exclusivamente na América Central, na América do Sul e na África. No Brasil, a febre amarela é geralmente adquirida quando uma pessoa não vacinada entra em áreas de transmissão silvestre (regiões de cerrado, florestas). Uma pessoa não transmite febre amarela diretamente para outra. Para que isto ocorra, é necessário que o mosquito pique uma pessoa infectada e, após o vírus ter se multiplicado, pique um indivíduo que ainda não teve a doença e não tenha sido vacinado. Dias especiais somente para idosos, aqueles que necessitam a vacina e podem sofrer vacinação é o objeto do meu requerimento ou solicitação. A vacinação contra Malária, está em fase de homologação pela OMS.
Malária ou paludismo, entre outras designações, é uma doença infecciosa aguda ou crônica causada por protozoários parasitas do gênero Plasmodium, transmitidos pela picada do mosquito Anopheles. A malária mata 3 milhões de pessoas por ano, uma taxa só comparável à da SIDA/AIDS, e afeta mais de 500 milhões de pessoas todos os anos. É a principal parasitose tropical e uma das mais freqüentes causas de morte em crianças nesses países: (mata um milhão de crianças com menos de 5 anos a cada ano). Segundo a OMS, a malária mata uma criança africana a cada 30 segundos, e muitas crianças que sobrevivem a casos severos sofrem danos cerebrais graves e têm dificuldades de aprendizagem. Mais uma possibilidade de ocorrências e danos neuro-cerebrais a população. Malária, atualmente, não existe nenhuma vacina homologada contra a malária. A RTS,S, desenvolvida pelos laboratórios britânicos GlaxoSmithKline, é a vacina experimental que está em estágio de desenvolvimento mais avançado e a vacina está programada para ser lançada esse ano, com apoio da OMS.(kit de vacinação contra malária em anexo). A vacina, conhecida como RTS,S, age globalmente contra o mais mortal dos protozoários parasitas da malária, o Plasmodium falciparum, muito comuns na África. Baseada em resultados de testes clínicos, a nova vacina fornecerá proteção parcial contra a malária em crianças.

Sou ativista em relação a questões de vacinações em todo o mundo, e advirto que, esses lotes de vacinas devem ser devidamente inspecionados, uma a um, verificação não somente do número, mas do conteúdo, e datas de validade. E já ocorreram óbitos e mutilações em relação a reações por vacinações, muitas, sem explicação científica até nossos dias.
