Estou trabalhando numa escola pública em Sorocaba.
Trabalho com os inspetores de alunos e ajudo a controlar o horário do intervalo e recreio para haver maior condições de atendimento aos alunos, servindo, recolhendo pratos e controlando a fila.
É muito bom ver de perto as condições do ensino público no dia a dia da vida escolar, mas é algo de imensa responsabilidade.
As atribuições podem acontecer fora do espaço físico e dos muros que cercam a Instituição de Ensino.Fora dos portões, há duas semanas atrás, eu e minha filha socorremos uma aluna que desmaiou a uns cem metros da Escola e entrou em crise respiratória.
Tentei parar carros, mas os pais que os conduziam alegaram que não levariam porque não teriam condições de permanecer com a aluna menor.
Um Taxista nos chamou e colocamos a aluna dentro do taxi até o Pronto Atendimento da Avenida General Carneiro.
Esse Senhor deveria ser homenageado, enfrentou o trânsito pesado e prestou assistência voluntariamente;
Permaneci com a aluna até que a mãe chegasse a Unidade, em torno das 20h30 eu estava voltando para casa.
Outra questão foi de estar voltando com minha filha e observar que um carro com motorista "parecia observar quatro pequeninos que voltavam da escola".
Fiquei prestando atenção, mas como o carro permanecia parado, faróis ligados e emobservação, fui de encontro aos quatro que conversavam ao mesmo tempo que andavam e paravam e nada percebiam.
Fui até eles e pedi que me falassem se conheciam o condutos do veículo e me alegaram que não, nunca tinham visto.
Pela movimentação, o veículo saiu e continuou bem devagar.
Orientei que as crianças mudassem a trajetória, e não continuassem pela mesma rua.
O que não concebo é a idéia de que estavam indo para o terminal que é distante da escola, pegariam um ônibus para voltar para suas casas cujo bairro é extremamente distante.
Três meninos, pequenos, franzinos, e uma menina.
Todas as ocorrências eu comunico a direção da unidade escolar porque são alunos e se encontram uniformizados. Mesmo que não fosse voluntária, como cidadã e mãe eu prestaria auxílio, socorro e orientação.
Mesmo que o carro tivesse parado para observar por outros motivos, mesmo assim, foi um alerta, porque as crianças não prestam atenção a nada, além do que estendem seu tempo de demora para chegar em casa e desacompanhados de um adulto.
Ajudar nos corredores é um desafio e aprendizado.
Alunos encontram nos poucos minutos de intervalo o momento para um "alongamento comportamental":
correr, gritar, estapear colegas, beliscar, chutar, fugir para o pátio e banheiros, e ir verificar se a aula está "vaga" para ir ao pátio e por lá permanecer na ausência de professores ou substitutos.
Faltam professores?
Sim, e faltam substitutos, em São Paulo classificados como "avulsos".
Por que faltam professores com tantas pessoas formadas no 3º grau?
Não aceitam pro-labores.
Não aceitam pessoas com curso superior contratada sem licenciatura, a não ser engenheiros formados para as áreas de física e matemática nas quais o déficit é muito grande.
Formados em Direito, como no meu caso,não podem lecionar disciplinas na área de humanas.
Em Goiás eu lecionei inclusive, Ciências, fui PAD, PI, PII e PIII como pro-labore pela Secretaria de Educação da Rede Estadual de Ensino.
Em Santa Catarina, lecionei teatro no Projeto Mais Educação.
Em São Paulo, fui professora de teatro, música e dança, em 2006/2007 em Escola Estadual, Instituição Filantrópica e Centro Cultural.
Em Sorocaba, desde 2016,não consegui contratação como Professora sob alegação de que "sem licenciatura não se consegue sequer ser avulsa".
Portanto, sou voluntária e faço meus trabalhos nos outros dias da semana como autônoma para sobreviver até conseguir voltar para as licenciaturas que parei e concluir, se estivesse cursando, estaria empregada como avulsa, mas sem emprego e com baixa renda não se mantêm faculdade.
Complicado?
Muito.

Another volunteer job I'm doing.
I am working at a public school in Sorocaba.
I work with student inspectors and help control break time and recess so that students are better served by serving, picking dishes and controlling the queue.
It is very good to see the conditions of public education closely in the day to day of school life, but it is a huge responsibility.
The assignments can happen outside the physical space and the walls that surround the educational institution.
Outside the gates two weeks ago, my daughter and I rescued a student who passed out about 100 meters from the school and went into a respiratory crisis.
I tried to stop cars, but the parents who drove them said they would not, because they would not be able to stay with the minor student.
A taxi driver called us and we put the student inside the taxi to the Emergency Room of Avenida General Carneiro.
This Lord should be honored, braved the heavy traffic, and assisted voluntarily;
I stayed with the student until her mother arrived at the Unit, around 8:30 pm I was returning home.
Another issue was being back with my daughter and observing that a chauffeur-driven car "seemed to be watching four little kids returning from school."
I kept paying attention, but as the car remained stationary, headlights on and observing, I met the four who were talking as they walked and stopped and didn't notice.
I went to them and asked them to tell me if they knew the vehicle's conduits and claimed that no, they had never seen it.
By the movement, the vehicle got out and continued very slowly.
I instructed the children to change their course and not continue along the same street.
What I don't conceive of is the idea that if they were going to the terminal that is far from school, they would take a bus back to their homes in the extremely distant neighborhood.

All occurrences I communicate the direction of the school unit because they are students and are in uniform. Even if I was not a volunteer, as a citizen and mother I would provide help, help and guidance.
Even if the car had stopped to watch for other reasons, it was still a warning, because children pay no attention to anything other than extending their time to get home and unaccompanied by an adult.
Helping in the corridors is challenging and learning.
Students find in the few minutes apart the time for a "behavioral stretch":
run, scream, slap colleagues, pinch, kick, escape to the courtyard and toilets, and check if the class is "vacant" to go to the courtyard and stay there in the absence of teachers or substitutes.
Missing teachers?
Yes, and substitutes are missing, in São Paulo classified as "loose".
Why are teachers missing with so many graduates?
They do not accept pro-labores.
They do not accept people with a college degree without a degree, except engineers trained in the areas of physics and mathematics where the deficit is very large.
Law graduates, as in my case, cannot teach human subjects.
In Goiás I even taught, Science, I was PAD, PI, PII and PIII as pro-labore by the Education Secretariat of the State Education Network.
In Santa Catarina, I taught theater at the More Education Project.
In São Paulo, I was a teacher of theater, music and dance, in 2006/2007 at State School, Philanthropic Institution and Cultural Center.
In Sorocaba, since 2016, I could not get hired as a teacher on the grounds that "without a degree you can not even be loose."
Therefore, I volunteer and do my jobs on other days of the week as a freelance to survive until I can get back to the degrees I quit and complete, if I were studying, would be employed as a freelancer, but without employment and low income do not remain college.
Complicated?

Students have to go down two floors of stairs to get water from their little bottles and the water is hot because they come out of taps.

Esse é um dos meus deslocamentos frequentes durante o dia.

No horário do recreio, alguns minutos antes me desloco para o refeitório.
No refeitório eu fico da porta da cozinha onde preparam os alimentos para fora, por não ser permitida entrada de "ninguém" naquele espaço físico, segundo as duas senhoras que trabalham fazendo a merenda.
Essas senhoras são contratadas por firma de terceirização,nãosão funcionárias públicas.
A cozinha é sempre muito limpa e organizada, e merendeiras fazem o que podem para agradar os alunos, mas com o que é estabelecido pelas nutricionistas é muito difícil.
É necessário revisar tabelas nutricionais.
O dia em que é servido macarrão com sardinho é o dia em que menos alunos comparecem para se alimentar, e as aulas iniciam às 13h00 e teminam às 18h20.
É um longo período para que fiquem sem alimentar e pode complicar a saúde.
Outro cardápio que desprezam restos no lixo é ovo cozido com salada de repolho e arroz branco. Sem molho, feijão, qualquer componente que promova "sabor" a refeição.
Sobremesa, "nem pensar", nem frutas, gelatinas, doces, nada, a renda é insuficiente, o Governo do Estado não promove aumento da renda destinada as merendas escolares.
Problema sério é que o refeitório se situa próximo à cozinha, ao lado do estacionamento, e é aberto.
Onde ficam as mesas, é aberto nas laterais e portanto, insetos e ratos sempre comparecem.
Há duas semanas atrás, segundo um dos Inspetores, um aluno resolveu pegar um rato que apareceu no refeitório e foi mordido por ele.
Há orientação, e os ratos são consequentes dos atrativos alimentares, assim como as baratas, apesar da limpeza e higiene, o local onde alunos se alimentam é aberto, e isso facilita circulação nociva.
A Escola tem espaço extenso, mas precisa de reformas, tem uma história para contar.
Se houvesse novo projeto e reformas, seu espaço poderia ser melhor adequado e aproveitado para comodidade de todos.
Inspetores poderia ter suas salas em corredores.
Poderiam ser adaptados os banheiros do segundo piso para os alunos e esses não tivessem que se deslocar e colocados bebedouros que oferecessem água gelada.
Existem muitas possibilidades de melhorias em todas as escolas públicas, é questão de interesse das INSPEÇÕES que verificam tais condições para Governo Estadual.
At break time, a few minutes before I move to the cafeteria.
In the refectory I stand by the kitchen door where they prepare the food out, as no one is allowed into that physical space, according to the two ladies who work on lunch.
These ladies are hired by outsourcing firms, not civil servants.
The kitchen is always very clean and organized, and lunchmakers do what they can to please students, but what is established by nutritionists is very difficult.
It is necessary to review nutritional tables.
The day when sardine noodles are served is the day when fewer students come to eat, and classes start at 1 pm and end at 6:20 pm.
It is a long time for them to be without food and can complicate health.
Another menu that scorn leftovers in the trash is boiled egg with coleslaw and white rice. Without sauce, beans, any component that promotes "flavor" the meal.
Dessert, "no thinking", no fruits, jellies, sweets, nothing, the income is insufficient, the State Government does not promote an increase in income for school meals.
Serious problem is that the cafeteria is located next to the kitchen, next to the parking lot, and is open.
Where the tables are, is open on the sides and therefore, insects and rats always attend.
Two weeks ago, according to one of the Inspectors, a student decided to catch a rat that appeared in the cafeteria and was bitten by it.
There is guidance, and rats are a consequence of food attractants, just like cockroaches, despite cleanliness and hygiene, where students feed is open, and this facilitates harmful circulation.
The School has a large space, but needs renovation, has a story to tell.
If there were new design and renovations, your space could be better suited and harnessed for the convenience of all.
Inspectors could have their rooms in corridors.
Second-floor toilets could be adapted for students, and they would not have to move around and place drinking troughs that would provide cold water.
There are many possibilities for improvement in all public schools, it is a matter of interest for the INSPECTIONS that verify such conditions for State Government.

Elaborei alguns projetos dentro das perspectivas da Escola, em tentando ajudar de alguma forma a novas concepções e caminhos, melhorando e promovendo maiores opções em atingir representantes públicos a desenvolverem outros tipos de atenção e cuidados com unidades escolares que abrigam o futuro da Nação.
I elaborated some projects within the perspective of the School, trying to help in some way new concepts and ways, improving and promoting greater options in reaching public representatives to develop other types of attention and care with school units that shelter the future of the Nation.
