Aqui publicamos as verdades, é um compromisso que tenho comigo mesma e com meu trabalho como Ativista e Bloguista.

Hoje, estive pessoalmente com os proprietários das Lojas Mayumi, Presentes e Papelaria, e devo publicar que ambos declararam não ter sofrido ameaça de assalto ou mesmo, assalto, no dia 13 de Maio do corrente ano.Inclusive, o proprietário da Mayumi presentes, alega ainda que, em 21 anos de funcionamento "nunca sofreu tentativas ou assaltos em sua loja".

Boa tarde a todos!

Hoje, três meliantes entraram na casa da família do Sr. Cleiton, Alameda das Primaveras, nº 1.256, Jardim Simus - Sorocaba.

Jogaram tudo no chão, bagunçaram a casa, e arrancaram uma TV 51 polegadas do painel, mas não conseguiram levar devido a volta da família.

Apesar da cerca elétrica, entraram pelo lote do fundo, e pularam o muro.

A entrada no imóvel do Sr. Cleiton é resultante da ameaça proferida, ontem, por um dos suspeitos, quando perseguidos pela Polícia, Sr. Cleiton interviu por estar à porta de sua casa com sua esposa, e segurar um deles.

As ameaças continuam, e promessas de vingança.

Segurança Pública está cada vez mais problemática, famílias ameaçadas, perdendo a liberdade de estar à porta de sua casa num domingo.

Segundo informações, os suspeitos estavam na Panificadora Casablanca, e depois tentaram assaltar a Mayumi, e os policiais estavam, desde manhã, rondando em busca de um deles.

Importante frisar que a intenção do cidadão foi ajudar a ordem e a segurança pública, mas resultou na interpretação dos suspeitos como sendo, essa família, culpada por uma ação policial que teve início em local distante do ponto de abordagem durante perseguição.

Importante, avisar que, em fuga, suspeitos tentaram encontrar portões abertos para buscar abrigo e fugir do alcance policial, neste tipo de investida, sendo suspeitos menores ou maiores, o risco para famílias de cidadãos é imensurável.

É necessário muito mais que novas legislações.

É necessário trabalho de base, junto as famílias destes menores que optam pela vida criminosa, para que , antes de se tornarem homicidas, marginais, tenha "um jeito".

Eu sou pela PEC que transforma os lares

dos menores infratores o espaço militar, onde serão recolhidos à uma família, terão alimentação, roupas, saúde, e atenção devida, e muito mais, com a possibilidade de seguimento de uma carreira, tendo oportunidade de ver o "outro lado de uma maneira normal, não delitiva e criminosa";

Mantenham portões fechados, de dia e de noite, com cadeados, se ouvirem correrias e passos dentro do seu lote, corredores, quintais, tranquem tudo, ligue para polícia.

Hoje, temos visto, bandidos em fuga da polícia, invadindo casas e fazendo famílias reféns.

É uma questão muito séria e pode acontecer com qualquer um de nós!

A partir desta tentativa, os três foram rendidos pelos policiais, mas um deles empreendeu fuga, descendo pela Alameda das Rosas, perseguido por policiais de carro e a paisana. Viraram a Alameda das Primaveras, e o Sr. Cleiton estava à porta com mulher e filho, ouviu um dos policiais gritar "segura ele !". Sr. Cleiton segurou, mas ele se desvencilhou e continuou a fuga pela Al. das Primaveras Jardim Simus.

Moradores saíram de suas casa, e uma mãe que estava descendo a rua com duas crianças, disse que pegou as duas crianças, seus filhos, e saiu correndo, porque viu os perseguidores do carro empunhando armas de foto e temeu tiroteio.Naly

Também, parte essencial da família Sr. Pedro (menino de três aninhos de idade, foto, abaixo) que, ao ser deixado comigo pela mãe para receber a PM e providências devida, após invasão à sua  residência, hoje.

Sr. Pedro me descreveu que os  bandidos reviraram "tudo e jogaram no chão e pegaram até a mamadeira que estava em cima da mesa".

Sr. Pedro estava realmente muito indignado!

A Avenida é constituída de retas e curvas. Temos retas e curvas na Avenida General Carneiro, uma das Avenidas mais movimentadas de Sorocaba.

Ao andar na calçada da Avenida, dado instante, levei um susto.

Dentro da faixa AZUL, na qual transitam os ônibus, pela medida de dois dedos, o retrovisor direito, frontal, do ônibus não se chocou com uma das placas de postes de energia elétrica. Parei e fiquei observando para ver se acreditava no que acabara de ver. Andei mais um pouco e fiquei algum tempo esperando para filmar. Vieram outros ônibus e observei que, naquele ponto de ônibus não ocorria o mesmo que no ponto anterior. E comecei analisar. A parada anterior era numa curvatura da Avenida e o Poste de Energia não era nivelado aos demais, estava um pouco "arqueado". Nos postes da parada anterior, haviam placas de sinalização, mas também de publicidade, então, concluí que tudo isso influenciava. Se, ocorrer de bater numa placa, o ônibus pode perder o controle e, com certeza, haverão veículos atrás e ao lado, portanto, vale a pena fazer uma verificação técnica da questão. 121.114 ALTITUDES MÍNIMAS DE VOO

(a) A ANAC poderá permitir que o detentor de certificado estabeleça altitudes mínimas de

voo para as rotas que opere desde que não sejam inferiores às estabelecidas pelo Brasil ou

pelos Estados sobrevoados, a não ser que tenham sido expressamente aprovadas.

(b) Nas rotas nas quais os Estados mencionados em (a) não tenham estabelecido altitudes

O movimento nas Alamedas ocorreram, pessoas se juntaram, e as narrativas estão acima publicadas.
Como sou ativista e tenho comprometimento com a verdade dos fatos, indaguei a outros moradores, onde obtive a informação de pessoas confiáveis que "a tentativa ocorreu, sim", tendo sido frustrada pela presença dos policiais na área, razão pela qual o suspeito  evadiu e desceu correndo as Alamedas sendo perseguido por policiais a paisana, provavelmente Polícia Civil ou Reserva Militar, mas a tentativa, segundo informações, foi no Posto 10, Loja de Conveniências que fica na esquina da Américo Figueiredo com Avenida General Carneiro, onde não busquei maiores esclarecimentos para os publicar.
Deixo em suspenso os locais ou local certo da tentativa, e roubo impedido pela atuação e abordagem dos policiais.
Não estive nos Postos de Gasolina, são dois postos próximos, e ambos na Américo Figueiredo, mas creio que, a questão esteja resolvida a bem da Segurança Pública da Comunidade Jardim Simus.
