CÂMARA MUNICIPAL INVESTIGARÁ IRREGULARIDADES EM CONTRATO DA MERENDA ESCOLAR EM SOROCABA
Vereadores irão apurar denúncias de pagamentos irregulares e pedem afastamento imediato do secretário Alexandre Hugo de Moraes da Prefeitura
A Câmara de Sorocaba solicitará à Corregedoria Geral do Município todos os documentos que instruem o processo de investigação sobre pagamentos duplicados para empresas que prestam serviço de distribuição da merenda escolar à rede municipal, a fim de acompanhar as apurações e eventualmente também instaurar procedimento no Legislativo. A decisão foi tomada em reunião realizada na Casa de Leis na tarde desta sexta-feira, 22, com o ex-secretário de Abastecimento e Nutrição, Daniel Police, que apresentou aos vereadores detalhes da denúncia feita por ele à Corregedoria enquanto integrava a administração municipal.
Participaram da reunião o presidente da Câmara, Rodrigo Manga (DEM), e os vereadores Francisco França (PT), Fausto Peres (Podemos), Hudson Pessini (PMDB), Iara Bernardi (PT) e Renan Santos (PCdoB). Na ocasião, o ex-secretário afirmou aos parlamentares que identificou a realização de pagamentos duplicados no montante de R$ 720 mil a fornecedores da merenda entre os meses de fevereiro e setembro deste ano. Police disse que enquanto ocupava o cargo de secretário municipal encaminhou diversos ofícios aos setores competentes da Prefeitura dando ciência das irregularidades e cobrando providências. Segundo ele, diante das denúncias a Corregedoria Geral abriu um processo para investigar o caso.
O presidente Rodrigo Manga classificou as acusações como “muito graves” e afirmou que a Câmara Municipal precisa agir. “Uma vez havendo indícios de corrupção, poderá haver uma CPI para apurar os fatos”, disse o presidente.
Além da solicitação feita à Corregedoria da Prefeitura, os vereadores também encaminharam ao prefeito José Crespo um pedido de afastamento imediato do Secretário Municipal de Igualdade e Assistência Social, Alexandre Hugo de Moraes, com o intuito de evitar interferências e preservar a lisura e transparência das investigações. Alexandre de Moraes precedeu Daniel Police no comando da Secretaria de Abastecimento e Nutrição.

Olá gente!
Há tempo não faço comentários, hoje vou tomar a liberdade e o fazer, não somente em relação a Sorocaba em questões municipais, mas o lado FEDERAL da questão do Natal, e em todo Brasil acontece.
Só problemas, desde eleições.
Dúvidas, suspeitas de fraudes, afastamento do Prefeito, retorno do Prefeito,
isso complica mais ainda a situação do desenvolvimento de Sorocaba que,
não diferentemente de outros municípios tem que priorizar saúde e educação.
Em verdade, a meu ver, o Brasil tem que priorizar como ITEM FUNDAMENTAL,
ALIMENTAÇÃO.
Deu para notar que saúde, educação e todas as outras áreas são vinculadas a
ALIMENTAÇÃO, nutrição, desenvolvimento orgânico, fisiológico e mental, em acordo.
De que maneira, é difícil....
Alguém questionou o aumento do SALÁRIO MÍNIMO?
Quem paga aluguel, não tem alimentação suficiente, DE JEITO NENHUM....
Um dos menores salários mínimos do mundo.
O problema é tão sério que, você vê um panetone, ou outro produto de natal,
custando "preços exorbitantes", olhando para o lado, pessoas enchendo de panetones seus carrinhos de compra, olhando o outro lado, bebidas caras para o assalariado, mas a impressão que temos é que "estamos totalmente fora da realidade econômica e capitalista na ordem mundial".
Tem que ter uma explicação o fato de não se poder comprar mais que um panetone, e sacrificando outros itens de compra, e outras pessoas se comportarem como se "os preços estivessem em acordo ou aquilo não fosse nada....".

parei para analisar essa movimentação, grupos bem diferençados estão se formando, e isso é um estímulo para avanços a criminalidade, porque é uma separação elitista, preconceituosa, e totalmente descriminadora, que não pode ser classificada "inconstitucional", mesmo que "ferindo a dignidade do cidadão".
Alguém ganhou presentes do PAPAI NOEL DO CORREIO?
Deixei 04cartinhas no Correio da General Carneiro.
As crianças montaram guarda, dia e noite, pararam carros do correio e carteiros,perguntando, e nada....hoje, dia 26 de Dezembro, mesmo que os presentinhos cheguem, não será a mesma coisa, perdeu a graça.
O que nós pobres devemos fazer?
Um outro calendário para nossas famílias?
Ou agendamentos de restos e do que sobrar, no dia que "for possível"?
E mais, o cidadão que ler a cartinha do pedido de presente, e sair com ela do correio, não atender a criança ou cidadão, e der fim à carta, tem que ser enquadrado por crime federal.
O correio tem que ter no computador a relação das cartas, e dados do cidadão que for doar e retirar a carta do correio, responsabilidade federal.
A criança não recebeu, seus responsáveis devem comunicar ao Correio.
Se não tem grana para dar o presente, ou se as coisas derem errado, passe a carta para alguém capaz ou devolva para o Correio, temos crianças sem presentes devido a essa irresponsabilidade!
Que houve Papai Noel, houve.
O porque de pessoas do Jardim Simus não terem sido atendidas, não se sabe, já que chegou até aos bairros adjacentes.
Houveram vários comentários: " de que Pastor que não concorda com tal promoção retirou propositadamente as cartinhas para não haver presentes através de Papai Noel" que, não é aceito por muitas Igrejas, assim como muitas não comemoram o Natal.
Comentário com o qual não vou me envolver porque não vai mudar se não houver uma fiscalização em torno dos doadores.
É voluntária a doação, mas tem que ser responsável.

Então, fica aí a minha sugestão: pegou a cartinha para o Projeto Papai Noel do Correio, TEM QUE DOAR, portanto, o cidadão fica livre para ler e escolher a cartinha em acordo com sua capacidade financeira e boa vontade.
