O ESTUPRO É UM DOS CRIMES MAIS ANTIGOS DA HISTÓRIA DA HUMANIDADE.
É um crime herdado.
Após início das legislações, quando não se via a mulher ou criança como seres menos dignos ao acesso à justiça, leis começaram a cercear a defesa das vítimas de tais práticas.
Tenho em estudo modalidades criminosas, estudos realizados com propósitos futuros em defesas de teses.
Vinculo o estupro, além da doença mental, a chamada TARA, o desenvolvimento desta modalidade criminosa totalmente vinculada a realidade econômica capitalista, consumista, midiática, na ordem mundial.
Dias atrás, com uma fome terrível, eu assistia a TV, e vi em cada canal que acessava, receitas, bolos, doces, propagandas de pizzas, promoções, e não é difícil concluir para àqueles que saem da zona de conforto, "ISSO É TORTURA LEGISLADA".
Em se tratando de alimentos, estamos num mundo doentio de conscientização do outros, é "isolacionismo estomacal", só o estômago de alguns doem e denunciam a VORAZ FOME.
EM SE TRATANDO DE MULHERES E CRIANÇAS, a fome de muitos não é menos voraz.
Em qualquer lugar existem meios de comunicação visual.
Outdoor, cartazes, revistas, TVs, comerciais e propagandas em panfletos, nos quais se comercializa a mulher em seus atributos para vendas de seus produtos.
Pessoas com menos perspectivas, esperanças, credos, que vivem grandes períodos de "desvalias humanas, morais, sociais, religiosas", desempregos, conflitos familiares, algumas apresentando início de quadros de problemas de saúde mental, depressões, etc.....
Essas características se apresentam em todos os entrevistados que cometerão estupros, crimes sexuais contra mulheres e crianças, a grande maioria, paupérrima, pobre ou classe média baixa.
O índice estatístico de ricos, famosos que cometeram estupros ou crimes sexuais são baixíssimos.
Por que?
Eles tem poder aquisitivo para comprar a "mercadoria ou similares humanos" de suas preferências.
Essa é a verdade!
O ESTADO é o verdadeiro culpado e réu que por falta de capacidade gestora contribuem para proliferação deste tipo de prática, mas a IGREJA também tem seu quinhão de culpa, e participação nesta modalidade criminosa.
É impossível de se imaginar, o que passa na cabeças dos seres humanos, e é ERRO terrível e fatal, pensarmos que "sabemos o que o outro pensa e temos controle sobre o seu pensar". Não temos.
Com a corrupção como mal do século, a classe dos PSIS que são responsáveis pelo acolhimento e assistência mental, não reverte tecnologia, novos avanços, conhecimentos ao uso com a saúde pública.
Pra que? Saúde Pública Mental é empreguismo, é cumprir carga horário, garantir o seu salário mensal, seu status, e empreender em serviços e atendimentos particulares.
Há uma falta de comprometimento ético gritante, muitos psicólogos denunciam os próprios colegas pelos abusos cometidos contra seres humanos que estão internados.
Falseou-se o fim de tratamentos desumanos dentro das Clínicas, e os eletrochoques são mantidos em muitas delas.
Aqui, no Estado de São Paulo, através de verificações, pesquisas, conversas, investigações que sempre realizo pelos Direitos Humanos, me deparei com Clínicas Particulares para "PARAFÍLICOS CLASSE A",
classe alta, cujas famílias cansaram de lutar e cada um tem espaço físico correspondente a sua própria casa, instalados, serviço de cama, mesa, banho, como fosse um hotel cinco estrelas, e dentre esses, jogadores inveterados, viciados em sexo.....e então?
Um destes casos, a família "construiu um casa para ele dentro do espaço físico da Clínica".
Você, leitor, tem ideia do que isso significa?
Significa que eles tem fome.
Quem na história da humanidade alimentou o topo da pirâmide econômica/social?
O trabalhador, pobre, e dentre esses, devido à própria condição, temos muitos, muitos que frequentam a Saúde Mental Pública, e poderão se "tornar" instrumentos de experimentação humana nas mãos destes profissionais da PSI.

Tenho crido que essa divisão, especificidade, podendo ser trabalhada por Assistentes Sociais, Grupos Religiosos que trazem profissionais da Saúde Mental, vinculando o lado espiritual com técnico profissional, seja de muita importância que selecionar aleatoriamente PSIS da Rede Pública.
Essa é minha sugestão. E quem falou que sou a dona da verdade? É só uma tentativa de mudar um sistema que tem promovido torturas, riscos e mortes, e devolvendo à sociedade cidadãos "piores e não recuperados".
